The creation of Brin de Provence reflects our commitment to meeting consumer demand for local, organic products. Grown with passion in France and in the Mediterranean basin, then prepared directly in the company’s workshops in Nyons, combining tradition and know-how, Brin de Provence products have all been selected for their fleshiness and subtle taste. Available in glass jars or transparent doypack sachets, they are sold exclusively through specialized agricultural and organic networks.

Black olives
AOP Nyons France

Nyons PDO Brin de Provence black olives are Provence are harvested in the heart of winter, then prepared in brine to reveal all their flavors. Slightly wrinkled, they reveal a delicious fruitiness in the mouth reminiscent of undergrowth.

Picholine Olives

Fleshy, firm and crunchy, known for its characteristic shape, the Picholine is a very fruity green table olive. For this reference, Brin de Provence has selected only the rarer, larger sizes, which reveal their full intensity in the mouth.

The Beldi variety has also been chosen by Brin de Provence for its organic black olive reference. The intensely fruity flavor, combined perfectly with the herbs of Provence, promises a sunny use in cooking.
