Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 1 sachet yeast
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- ground pepper
- 10 cl “LE BRIN D’OLIVIER” olive oil
- 10 cl warm milk
- 100 g grated cheese (Gruyère or Comté)
- 200g Lardons or bacon (sliced)
- 150 g LE BRIN D’OLIVIER pitted green (or black) olives
Preparation
Step 1 :
Bring the water to a boil, immerse the lardons in the water for 2 minutes and then drain. Fry the lardons in a frying pan until golden brown.
Step 2 :
Place the flour, yeast, eggs, salt, pepper and oil in a large bowl.
Mix well and add the hot milk, grated cheese, LE BRIN D’OLIVIER olives and and cooked lardons.
Step 3 :
Grease your cake tin, line it with greased parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
Bake for around 45 minutes at thermostat 6/7 (200°c), if your cake browns quickly cover it with aluminum foil halfway through cooking. Leave to cool in the tin, and serve hot or cold.
