New products to brighten upreciepes and apéritifs !

Le Brin d’Olivier is one of the main players in the olive sector, with numerous players in the condiment sections of supermarkets and hypermarkets. Green or black, whole or pitted, pungent or subtle, olives are a must-have for aperitifs.

This spring, the Drôme-based company is expanding its range with the launch of pickles in jars, the ideal size for an aperitif, and hopes to appeal to all lovers of gourmet goodness and conviviality.

In April, Le Brin d’Olivier unveiled four new products with southern flavors to brighten up any plate: dried tomatoes, artichokes, roasted peppers, and garlic preserved in oil and herbs.

These new condiments can be enjoyed simply as an aperitif or used in cooking. Summer salads with grilled peppers and artichokes, sea bream a la plancha served with garlic confit, or feta and sun-dried tomato cake… there’s no end to the recipes you can imagine with this new range!
